10-Day Free Trial: Our 10-Day Free Trial gives you the opportunity to experience our programs for a full 10 calendar days. Attend as many classes as you can during this period to ensure that we're the right fit for you. It's a risk-free way to explore what we offer.
No Experience Necessary: No previous experience is necessary for any of our introductory programs. Our classes are taught in a safe, cooperative, and structured environment, and you can begin at any time and attend in any order. To learn more, check out this video answering the "Top 10 Questions For Your First Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class."
What to Wear: For our uniform, we require a white gi. Don't worry if you don't have your own gi; we may be able to provide you with a rental gi during your trial period. Just arrive in something comfortable (e.g., t-shirt and shorts) to wear underneath.
Arrival Information: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first class to allow time for check-in and changing. You can find our class schedules HERE.
